We Are Busy Creating the Communities of Tomorrow … Today!

From smart homes that generate more energy than they consume to energy-efficient rental units that promote affordable living to eco-resorts that allow guests to minimize their environmental footprint to communities that contain bike paths, public transportation, shared amenities and mixed-use retail and commercial spaces for multi-purpose living …
Pearl Homes is changing the way people live and showing the world that being committed to sustainability does not have to require homeowners and tenants to give up the modern
comforts of home.

In 2015, Pearl Homes became one of the first production builders to achieve LEED Platinum certification for 158 homes in Mirabella, a 55+ community in West Bradenton, Florida.

Pearl Homes changed the playing field by bringing LEED Platinum homes to the masses this project. It was even recognized as one of the five most innovative active adult communities 0f 2018 by 55places.com. Known for its energy-efficient home designs and environmentally friendly building practices, Mirabella has won numerous awards nationally and locally. In 2016, the community received the LEED for Homes Platinum certification for its villas, making them the first LEED-certified villas in Florida. Mirabella also won the National Association of Home Builders Best of 55+ Housing Silver & Gold Award two years in a row.

Mirabella has been honored with more than 20 national awards in the last three years, most recently the LEED PowerBuilder for 2017. During this time, the community has been recognized four times by the USGBC for Environmental Design and Construction and Honored with the SEBC Aurora Award two years in a a row. Most recently, Mirabella was named a 2017 USGBC ‘Power Builder of the Year’ for efforts to build and market the most sustainable homes in Florida. The Mirabella team plans to continue pursuing these same high building and environmental standards, so all new 2018 homes will receive the same quality standards Mirabella has quickly become known for.

The Met

The Met

This project was awarded from the City of Bradenton’s Community Redevelopment Agency in September 2019. It will involve the construction of a five-story, modular building consisting of 200 workforce housing units. South Village will offer a host of studio, one, two, or three-bedroom apartments to fit a variety of lifestyles. This project also aligns with the City of Bradenton’s stated objective of a more pedestrian-oriented infrastructure model that follows the planning and design principles of “new urbanism” communities. The community will compliment the economic development and revitalization of the Downtown area, serving as a “gateway” to nearby Village of the Arts, and with access to LECOM Park, Motorworks Brewing Company, Downtown Bradenton Bus Station, and the Bradenton Riverwalk. In addition to these affordable housing units, a community garden, plaza fire pits and outdoor seating, Pearl Homes also intends to build artist studios and host permanent food trucks in the community.

La Passegiata

La Passegiata

Centered around principles of new urbanism, our showcase launch in California through the RFP, in Partnership with Visionary Home Builders, will bring our multifamily, workforce housing solution to the City of Stockton, offering a range of units from one-berdroom to three-bedroom units. Downtown Stockton consists of one of the largest centralized workforce hubs. However, waitlists for communities in the area are an average of sic months to several years. By providing access to affordable housing, we can begin to carve a path towards self-sufficiency while providing high-quality housing that families could be proud to call home. The project is expected to be completed in 2021.

Our win for California’s first affordable housing RFP is just a first step. At PEARL Homes we are aiming to bring much needed housing to all parts of the state but doing so responsibly and with a keen understanding and appreciation for the impact on our environment.

Your life well-lived starts here.
